Delicious... nevermind the issue with the burn or the fact that it turned out very ugly.
It was stunning tasty (promise).
Next time, I will (1) Use a round baking dish (2) Not broil at all! (3) Serve the cream in a lovely dish that the guests can drizzle over their pie slice of souffle...

It started out so well....
I ran outside.... and proceeded to peel the burnt off.....
Successfully removed the burnt...phew.
Totally gross looking right?
