Chana Delicious
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tsp curry mix
- 1 Large tomato chopped
- 1 red onion
- 1 Cup of Buttermilk
- 1 chili
- Thumb of ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Can Chickpeas or Garbonzo beans
- Handfull of chopped Cilantro
Order of Affairs: Chop your garlic, chili, ginger, onion tomato....place in hot oil for 3 minutes...add curry.....add buttermilk...add bean...simmer. Top with cilantro and eat as is or over your fave rice...
