These lasted only a minute in our house..... not the healthy kind of granola bar but definitely the not healthy I want another granola bar....now.
- 2 C Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 C Rice Krispy Cereal
- 1 1/2 Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C Coconut
- 1/3 C Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 C Honey
- 1/3 C Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 C Butter
- Spay 9 x 13 Pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine: Chocolate Chips, Oats, Cereal, Coconut, Sunflower seeds.
- In a saucepan, heat honey and butter. Once bubbly, remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir.
- Pour hot mix over dry goods and sir. Press into 9 x 13 pan (use some wax paper over your fingers to avoid sticky mess).
- Refrigerate and cool for 1 hour. Stores covered for up to a week (they won't last that long).
you have to remind me to ask about the keeper. it looks uncomfortable, but you will have to let me know.
